Welcome to Dashlod, a powerful Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and multi-workspace management software developed by Annex Universe Ltd ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Dashlod, including all related services, features, and content provided through our platform (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Dashlod.

2. User Accounts and Responsibilities

  • To use Dashlod, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

  • Dashlod and all related content, including software, designs, logos, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by Annex Universe Ltd.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of Dashlod without explicit permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Dashlod is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • We are not responsible for any damages, loss of data, or financial losses resulting from the use of the Service.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claims arising out of or relating to Dashlod is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.

7. Termination and Suspension

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm the Service or its users.
  • You may discontinue using Dashlod at any time. However, termination does not entitle you to a refund unless stated otherwise in our Refund Policy.
